application of dyeing,boiling off,bleach
and washing,etc.processing for all kinds
of expensive natural fabric,and knitting
fabric or woven fabricof blinding under
normal temperature &normal pressure.Itis
also designeg for the application of
dyeing and processing for rayon,
polyacry-nitrile fibre, and blended
fabric under normal temperature& normal
pressure as ideal equipment for
expensive favric.

The fabric should be transferred to
jetorifice from the front of beck
through Lifting roller which be driven
by variablefrequency generator
inproduction, ane dye Liquor be pumped
by cycling pump and heated by the heat
eschanger. The fabric will be piled up
with reciprocating and moved cyclically
by swing hopper through leading pipe to
achieve uniform dyeing in beck with high
speed cyclulation.
Directions of improvement
1. Flr raising efficiency, width of the
accumulating box is in creased from
760mm to1000mmfor Gm9
2. Forreducing the tension when
lifting,height of all lifting rollers of
beck lower for150mm
3. Dye liquor and fabricis separated
into accumulating box and gap of beck to
prevent the fabric floating after cloth
is out the leading pipe from jet
orifice.
4. Improved pneumatic drive of GM9 tl
mechanical drive of
variable-frequencymotor for swing motion
and reciprocating sway type to rotary
type and the speed of rotary is same as
lifting roller.
5. The motor of lifting roller is
controlled by variablefrequency device
and has full adjustabld speed.
6. Equippde with warning device for
cloth overhanging and blocking.
7. The jet orifice is parallel circular
type GESSFLOW(same as the MK18)so that
it has the great ability of conformation
between the dye liquor and fabric.
