There are many problems caused by dyeing, among which the reasons are that the process regulations are not carefully implemented in the dyeing operation, or the dyeing time is too short, or the bath ratio is too large, or the dyeing temperature of type X dye is too high, which causes the hydrolysis of type X dye at high temperature (which often leads to color wilt). Therefore, for grey cloth dyed with X-type dye, the cloth surface temperature must be below 35 ℃ before dyeing. For thermosetting reactive dyes, it is necessary to prevent the dyeing and fixation temperature from being lower than the requirements, so that the dye reaction rate is too low, resulting in insufficient dyeing, resulting in light color (of course, if the temperature is too high, it will be similar to that of type X dyes). Therefore, the accurate control of dyeing and fixation temperature is always very important.
